Privacy policy

Information we collect

  • From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar.
  • Information you add: display name, bio, status, messages, files, reactions, vault items, and settings.
  • Operational data: session timestamps, a device description derived from your browser, and when you were last active.

How it is used

To operate FLOWX: delivering messages, enforcing permissions and retention, providing search, and keeping accounts secure. FLOWX does not sell personal data or use message content for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Messages are kept according to each conversation’s retention setting. You can export your data or delete your account in Settings. Backups held by infrastructure providers expire on their own schedules.

Service providers

FLOWX relies on hosting, database, file storage, and realtime delivery providers chosen by the operator of this deployment. These must be listed here before launch.
